The following are statements that someone might use to describe themselves. Please read each statement and decide how well it describes you. When you are not sure, base your answer on what you emotionally feel, not on what you think to be true.
Sometimes it is helpful to reword the statement so that it would be even more accurate in describing you (but do not change the basic meaning of the question).
Example: I worry that people will not like me.
becomes: I worry that people who I care about will not like me.
Then choose the highest rating from 'Completely untrue of me' to 'Describes me perfectly' that describes you (with your revisions), and select it by checking the box to the left of the phrase.
